The Blodgett 901 SINGLE is a floor-model, single-deck gas deck oven built for consistent baking and roasting in commercial kitchens. It features a 33 in. wide by 22 in. deep deck interior with a 12 in. high baking chamber and a mechanical thermostat that holds temperatures from 200 to 500 degrees F. Durable stainless steel exterior panels and an aluminized steel interior are paired with vitreous fiber insulation to help retain heat. A removable duplex-tube burner system and counterbalanced doors support reliable daily operation and easier service access.
