The Duke Aerohot WB303-LP is a 3-pan wet bath steam table built for dependable hot food holding on liquid propane. It features an open water bath heated by a 15,000 BTU burner with an adjustable gas valve control and safety pilot for steady, even heat. A stainless steel top includes a 1/2 inch thick, 7 inch wide poly carving board, plus a 1 inch drain and valve for easier service. The stainless steel open base with undershelf provides storage and access for back-of-house and serving lines.
