The Vulcan LG300 is a freestanding LG Series gas fryer built for consistent, medium-volume frying with a 14 in. x 14 in. frying area and roughly 35 to 40 lb oil capacity. A millivolt thermostat provides reliable temperature control without requiring an electrical connection, while the large cold zone helps reduce scorching and extend oil life. Durable construction includes a stainless steel fry tank and stainless front/top with corrosion-resistant galvanized sides and back. Twin fry baskets and a full-port drain valve support fast turns and easier boil-outs in busy kitchens.
