The Vulcan K6ETT is a 6-gallon electric tilting countertop steam kettle engineered for high-volume foodservice operations demanding reliability and capacity. Built with fully welded stainless steel and a 2/3 steam jacket, it delivers consistent, even heat for cooking soups, stews, sauces, and large-batch recipes. Vulcan designed this kettle to hold 50% more than competing brands and reinforced it with a thicker rim for longer service life in demanding kitchens. A water-resistant right-side control housing integrates solid-state temperature controls, a vacuum/pressure gauge, a pressure relief valve, and a low-water safety shutoff for confident operation. The tilting lever locks the kettle upright or at a 100-degree pour position, while a butterfly-shaped lip and embossed gallon and liter markings further streamline workflow.
