The Hoshizaki KML-500MAJ is an air-cooled crescent cube ice machine head producing up to 442 lbs of ice per day (400 lbs AHRI-certified), making it a dependable high-output solution for busy restaurants, hotels, and foodservice operations. Hoshizaki’s proprietary CycleSaver design reduces the number of freeze cycles required, lowering both energy and water consumption without sacrificing production capacity. The unit features H-Guard Plus antimicrobial protection on ice-contact surfaces to maintain sanitation, and the EverCheck alert system provides distinct audible patterns to quickly identify and diagnose operational issues. A corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior and stainless steel evaporator ensure lasting durability, while removable panels allow convenient access to internal components.
