Its easyTouch display provides 24-hour intelligent diagnostics, continuous operating status, cleaning reminders, and programmable ice production scheduling by On/Off time or ice volume. The DuraTech exterior features a hard clear-coat over an aluminum alloy base for outstanding corrosion resistance, fingerprint resistance, and easy cleaning, while Alpha-San antimicrobial components and a hinged front door provide fast, thorough foodzone sanitation. Compared to previous Indigo models, this unit cuts energy consumption by an average of 31%, potable water usage by 16%, and condenser water usage by 32%, making it one of the most efficient options in its class.
