The Alfa International 12 3/16 HBLS is a precision-engineered hubless chopper plate built for size 12 meat grinders and power attachments in demanding commercial kitchen environments. Manufactured by L&W in Germany, a company with a heritage in plate production dating back to 1920, this plate is crafted from chrome-vanadium tool steel for exceptional wear resistance and long service life. The 4.5mm (3/16) holes are sized for a medium-small grind and serve as Alfa’s standard configuration across their own meat grinder lineup. A computerized manufacturing process ensures maximum plate-to-plate conformity for consistent results, and the plate serves as a direct drop-in replacement for the Hobart P-16424-1.
