The ACP RC30S2 is a heavy-volume commercial microwave built for fast throughput with 3000 watts of cooking power in a compact 1.0 cu ft cavity. A touch control panel supports 11 power levels, four-stage cooking, and up to 100 programmable menu settings for repeatable results. The stainless steel interior and exterior, sealed recessed ceramic shelf, and removable air filter are designed for day-to-day foodservice durability and easier cleaning. It runs on 208-240V single-phase power and includes ADA-compliant Braille touch pads and a see-through door with lighted interior for quick monitoring.
