The Atosa CookRite ATFS-50-NG is a full-pot, floor-model deep fryer built for consistent high-volume frying on natural gas. A welded stainless steel tank and stainless exterior support daily commercial use, while the thermostat maintains setpoints across a 200°F to 400°F operating range. An integrated oil cooling zone helps capture sediment to extend oil life, and the unit ships with two nickel-plated baskets and a basket hanger. Four casters come standard for easier positioning and cleaning access.
