The Bakers Pride P46-BL is a Hearthbake Series electric countertop combination deck oven designed for high-output pizza, pretzels, flatbreads, and bake or roast applications. It features two independently controlled baking chambers with a brick-lined, fully welded aluminized steel interior for strong heat retention and recovery. Three 20.75 inch by 20.75 inch Cordierite decks provide flexible production across the upper and lower chambers. Stainless steel construction, built-in timers, and adjustable legs make it a durable, compact solution for busy commercial kitchens.
