The Cambro 20CWD135 is a half-size drain shelf from the Camwear series, purpose-built to keep food elevated above pooling liquids in compatible Cambro food pans. Made from virtually unbreakable clear polycarbonate, it resists cracking, bending, and denting while allowing full visibility of stored contents. A built-in finger notch simplifies placement and removal from the pan bottom, and the perforated surface channels liquid away from food efficiently. Rated for use across a wide temperature range of -40°F to 210°F and fully dishwasher safe, it holds up in demanding prep and storage environments. NSF certified and Made in the USA, it fits Cambro 22CW, 24CW, 26CW, and 28CW food pans.
