The Cambro 90CWD135 is a Camwear series drain shelf designed to rest in the bottom of 1/9 size food pans, specifically compatible with Cambro’s 92CW and 94CW models. Constructed from virtually unbreakable clear polycarbonate, it elevates product above accumulated liquids, allowing drainage to flow directly into the pan below for effortless disposal and cleaner food presentation. Its crystal-clear material provides excellent visibility of pan contents and is resistant to cracking, bending, or denting through heavy commercial use.
