The Cozoc HPC7011-C9F9 is a full-height, non-insulated, mobile heater/proofer cabinet designed for high-volume bakery and foodservice operations. Its Universal Rack System accommodates up to 16 full-size 18×26 sheet pans and accepts multiple other pan formats including hotel pans and pizza boxes, all within a single compartment. An all-digital LED control panel with adjustable thermostat delivers precise holding up to 185°F, while a base water pan generates humidity up to 95% for effective proofing below 90°F. The clear polycarbonate door with a machined zinc alloy magnetic handle provides easy product visibility without opening the cabinet, and heavy-duty 5 casters with two locking brakes support safe mobility throughout any kitchen environment.
