Description
The Electrolux Professional 900XP double pan gas fryer offers powerful performance with twin 23 L wells, designed for high-output commercial kitchens. Made in Italy, this 800 mm wide unit combines speed, safety and precision in a robust footprint.
Each deep-drawn V-shaped well is heated by high-efficiency 151.2 Mj stainless steel burners, regulated by thermostats up to 190°C. Piezo spark ignition, flame failure devices and overheat protection ensure safe operation across both pans, while front-access compartments simplify maintenance.
With a rugged Scotch Brite stainless steel finish and IPX5 water resistance, this fryer is built to last. Supplied with four half-size baskets and cupboard doors on both sides, it’s ready for the demands of high-volume frying, with an optional oil quality monitoring tool available.
