Constructed from 18-gauge anodized aluminum, it heats evenly and cools quickly with no hot spots, eliminating over-baking and ensuring perfectly consistent crusts every time. The slightly deeper 1.5-inch depth with sharp angled sides and a flat 1/2-inch handling rim makes it ideal for small sweet pies, individual pot pies, quiches, and no-bake or freezer creations.
