Description

Part of the Hygiplas range of colour-coded chopping boards, it is a simple yet effective way to combat the risk of cross contamination during meal prep. The 45 x 30cm board’s extra thickness provides a sturdy and stable base to protect work surfaces. Made from a non-absorbent, odourless and non-toxic polyethylene, it is incredibly strong and durable – a dependable option for any commercial kitchen.
Where possible please wash by hand using a non-chlorinated solution. For LDPE it is advised that washing in a dishwasher could cause warping & bowing of the board.
