The Moffat Turbofan E22M3 is a compact, half size electric convection oven designed to add baking and warming capacity without taking up much counter space. It holds up to three 13 inch x 18 inch half size sheet pans with 2 5/8 inch tray spacing and uses a single direction low-velocity fan for even results. Simple mechanical controls include a thermostat and a 60-minute timer with an audible time-up alert.
