The Moffat Turbofan G32D5 is a full size digital gas convection oven built for consistent, high-volume baking and roasting. It holds five full size sheet pans with 3 1/3 tray spacing and uses a 33,000 BTU/hr infrared burner system paired with a bi-directional fan for even heat distribution. Electronic controls with a large LED display support manual or programmed cooking for repeatable results. A water injection key adds moisture when needed for improved product finish.
