To make Pure Extracts, ingredients are crushed then soaked and steeped in grain alcohol to infuse rich flavors. The infusion ages several months for the flavors and aromas to develop and intensify. We hand blend Amaretto Extract in house with a combination of Chocolate, Cherry and Almond Extracts. It’s a fun way to infused the nostalgic flavor of amaretto into cakes, cookies and frostings.
