Powered by two 76,000 BTU natural gas burners totaling 152,000 BTU, it brings oversized stockpots to a boil rapidly and holds vigorous simmers through the busiest service periods. At just 18.11 inches wide, the unit fits efficiently into tight cook lines without sacrificing performance. Field conversion to propane is fully supported, with two conversion orifices included in the manual bag for maximum installation flexibility. An open lower storage shelf keeps large pots, ladles, and accessories within arm’s reach throughout service.
