The Southbend 4601DD-4GL is a 60 3/4 inch commercial gas restaurant range that combines a large manual griddle with open-burner power and double standard ovens. A 48 inch left-side griddle provides broad, even-heating surface area for high-volume breakfast and line production. Two 33,000 BTU open burners handle stock pots and sauté work, while two 45,000 BTU standard ovens support baking, finishing, and holding. Stainless steel front and sides, front manual shutoff, and factory-installed regulator round out a durable, service-friendly package.
