The Southbend HDC-36 Heavy Duty Counterline charbroiler is a 36 inch countertop gas unit built for high-volume, high-heat grilling. Six 20,000 BTU stainless steel burners pair with cast iron radiants for consistent, even cooking across the grate surface. Rugged stainless steel front and sides with reinforced, insulated double-wall sides support daily commercial use. Cleanup is streamlined with a full-width crumb tray and a 4 inch spatula-width grease trough, plus it can be field converted from radiant to briquette cooking.
