Built from sturdy 18-gauge aluminum, it delivers fast, even heat conduction for consistently baked pizzas across thin, thick, Sicilian, and flatbread styles. The wide rim with rolled edge provides a clean grip for oven-to-table service and eliminates hard-to-clean crevices. Its solid pan construction and silver finish make it equally at home in open kitchens, pizza parlors, and buffet lines. This pan is oven safe but not dishwasher safe.
