An extra-deep 19 1/2 full-length removable polyethylene cutting board delivers a sanitary, NSF-approved prep surface directly above the two drawers and one solid door that provide versatile refrigerated ingredient storage. The stainless steel front, top, and ends, paired with a clear-coated aluminum interior, stainless steel floor, and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, ensure lasting commercial durability and consistent temperature retention.
