The TurboChef Fire is a ventless countertop artisan pizza oven built to deliver hearth-style results in a compact footprint. It reaches up to 842°F (450°C) and can cook a 14-inch fresh dough pizza in as little as 90 seconds. Independent top and bottom temperature controls and digital presets help operators dial in consistent bakes across different styles. An integral catalytic converter supports ventless installation without the need for Type I or Type II ventilation.
