The UNOX XAVHC-HC11 is a ventless hood with integrated steam condenser engineered specifically for GN 1/1 countertop electric combi ovens in the CHEFTOP MIND.Maps lineup. Its stainless steel rigid unibody design houses a self-cleaning condensing filter that substantially reduces steam output while a high-volumetric flow rate motor (310-390 m³/h) handles fume expulsion over long distances without affecting oven performance. Intelligent, continuously variable power control automatically adapts extraction output to the quantity of steam being produced, and suction is instantly boosted when the oven door opens. Operating on 208/240V single-phase power at just 0.1 kW, the unit carries UL and NSF certifications, making it a code-compliant, energy-efficient ventilation solution for demanding commercial kitchens.
