Delivering 70,000 BTU into a 45-50 lb stainless steel fry tank, it includes twin baskets so operators can run two batches simultaneously with a solid state control system adjustable from 200 to 390 degrees F. The proprietary ThreePass heat transfer system maximizes cooking efficiency, while the SoftStart ignition system reduces startup BTU demand and extends oil life.
