The Waring WPC100 is a commercial-grade pasta cooker and re-thermalizer engineered for the demands of high-volume kitchen operations. Its 13.1 qt. stainless steel tank, powered by 3600W tubular heating elements, reaches a rolling boil in under 25 minutes and can cook up to 4 pounds of fresh or frozen pasta in a single batch. Six included baskets, four round (2 lb. capacity each) and two rectangular (7 oz. capacity each), paired with a basket hanger, provide versatile cooking configurations for pasta, gnocchi, wontons, eggs, and more.
