The American Range MSDE-1 Majestic is a full-size, single-deck electric convection oven built for high-volume baking and roasting. A 1/2 HP two-speed fan circulates heat evenly, while the porcelainized oven cavity and stainless exterior are designed for durability and easier cleanup. The oven includes five racks with 12-position rack guides to handle full-size sheet pans or hotel pans. Dial controls, a 1-hour timer, and a cool-down mode support consistent production in busy kitchens.
