The Bakers Pride PX-14 is a compact countertop electric deck oven designed for baking, warming, and finishing products like pretzels, cookies, wings, and par-baked items. Independent top and bottom Incoloy heating elements let operators balance heat for consistent results across a wide 284 to 680 degrees F temperature range. A stainless steel exterior with an aluminized steel baking chamber and full insulation helps retain heat and stand up to daily commercial use. It includes a slide-out wire rack with a heat-resistant handle plus a pull-out crumb tray for faster cleanup.
