Description
The Bakers Pride PX-16 is a HearthBake Series countertop electric deck oven built for fast baking and finishing of pizzas, pretzels, wings, and other menu items. Independent top and bottom Incoloy heating elements provide precise control across a 284 to 680°F temperature range. A slide-out wire rack with handle and a pull-out crumb tray make loading and cleanup simple in tight counter lines. The stainless exterior and insulated construction help it stand up to daily commercial use while maintaining heat.
