The Bakers Pride Y-602 is a Super Deck Series double-stacked gas pizza deck oven built for high-volume pizza production. It delivers 240,000 total BTUH and a 300 to 650°F operating range, with independent top and bottom heat dampers for precise bake control. The oven features stainless steel exterior construction with aluminized steel interiors and two Lightstone FibraMent decks for consistent heat and recovery. Slide-out flame diverters and spring-balanced, insulated doors support easy operation and maintenance in busy kitchens.
