The Electrolux Professional CROSSWISE 10 x 1/1GN Electric Convection Oven is engineered to handle large-scale commercial cooking with precision and reliability. Made in Italy, this oven offers excellent heat distribution and flexible humidity control to ensure consistently high-quality cooking results across ten gastronorm trays.

Equipped with a main switch and cooking mode selector, the oven provides options for hot air cooking with or without humidification, with five humidity levels available for tailored moisture control. It features a timer adjustable up to 120 minutes or continuous operation, complete with an acoustic alarm and automatic shutoff of heat and fan at the end of the cooking cycle.

Constructed with a robust stainless steel frame and a 430 AISI stainless steel cooking chamber, the oven includes halogen lighting and crosswise pan supports for excellent product visibility. Optional accessories such as a food temperature probe and a drip tray under the door increase versatility, while the double thermo-glazed door with an open frame design keeps the outer panel cool and simplifies cleaning.
