The Electrolux Professional CROSSWISE 6 x 1/1GN Electric Convection Oven delivers reliable performance and flexible cooking modes for efficient commercial kitchen operation. Made in Italy, this oven offers superior heat distribution and advanced controls tailored to produce consistent cooking results across six gastronorm trays.
Featuring a main switch and cooking mode selector, the oven allows you to choose between hot air cooking with or without humidification, offering five humidity levels for optimal food texture. The timer can be set up to 120 minutes or for continuous operation, complete with an acoustic alarm and automatic shutoff of heat and fan at cycle end.
Constructed with a robust stainless steel frame and a 430 AISI stainless steel cooking chamber, this model includes halogen lighting and crosswise pan supports for excellent visibility. Optional accessories such as the food temperature probe and drip tray under the door enhance functionality, while a double thermo-glazed door with open frame design maintains a cool outer panel for safety and easy cleaning.
