The Master Grade FS-304F Fine Flexible Sharpening Wheels are precision replacement wheels engineered for use with Master Grade MG-5000, MG-4500, and MG-1000 series electric knife sharpeners. Featuring Master Grade’s signature Soft Touch flexible sharpening surface, these fine-grade brown leather wheels make contact with the knife blade edge at nearly 100%, consistently delivering a 15-degree bevel on every sharpening pass. Each pair provides approximately 1,000 to 1,200 sharpening passes before replacement is needed, making them a reliable consumable for high-volume professional kitchens. These wheels are intended for final-stage razor-sharp honing only and are not designed for re-profiling a blade’s bevel.
