The Nemco 55424-2 blade and holder assembly is an OEM replacement and upgrade grid for producing consistent 3/8 inch square cuts. Designed for Nemco Easy Chopper and Easy FryKutter units, it lets kitchens change cut size without replacing the whole machine. Stainless steel blades help deliver clean, uniform cuts for fast prep. This assembly is commonly referenced for use with Easy Chopper 55500 and Easy FryKutter 55450 series units (including -2 models).
