The Nemco Food Equipment 55424-3 blade and holder assembly is a 1/2 inch square-cut grid designed to restore or change cut size on compatible Nemco prep units. It fits the 55500 Easy Chopper series and 55450 Easy FryKutter series for consistent, uniform cuts. Swap in this assembly to replace worn blades or convert an existing unit to a 1/2 inch cut. A matching push block may be required depending on your setup.
