The Somerset SPM-45 is a hand-operated pastry and turnover machine engineered to simplify and accelerate the production of filled dough products in high-volume foodservice environments. Constructed entirely in sanitary stainless steel, it folds, crimps, trims, and seals product in a single operation, creating a perfect seal every time without the need for egg wash or additional sealants. Capable of producing up to 500 pieces per hour, it dramatically reduces labor costs while delivering consistent portion control and appearance across every product. The compact design fits comfortably on any prep counter, and interchangeable dies in a wide variety of shapes and sizes allow operators to produce pierogies, empanadas, calzones, samosas, strombolis, and more from the same machine. One die set is included, with custom and additional dies available for purchase.
